This disclaimer applies to all content on this website (the “Site”) and to all content Dr. Jesse Morse creates or shares through social media, videos, podcasts, interviews, articles, lectures, courses, and conference presentations (together, “Content”). It is part of our Terms of Service.

IF YOU THINK YOU MAY BE HAVING A MEDICAL EMERGENCY, CALL 911 OR GO TO THE NEAREST EMERGENCY ROOM IMMEDIATELY. Do not rely on the Site, email, or social media for urgent medical needs. For non-emergency questions about your care, call the office at (305) 367-1176.

For general information only

Content is provided for general educational and informational purposes only. It is not medical advice and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, mitigate, or prevent any disease or condition. Every person is different, and information that may be appropriate for one person may be inappropriate or harmful for another. Content does not take your individual history, condition, medications, or risks into account.

Always seek the advice of your physician or another qualified healthcare professional with any question about a medical condition or treatment. Never disregard professional medical advice, or delay seeking it, because of any Content.

No physician–patient relationship

Viewing the Site or any Content, sending an email or inquiry, commenting or messaging on social media, attending a talk, or speaking with Dr. Morse at an event does not make you his patient and does not create any physician–patient or other professional relationship. A physician–patient relationship is formed only after you complete our intake process and are evaluated by Dr. Morse, in person or through a legally permitted virtual visit. Dr. Morse provides clinical care only where he is licensed or otherwise legally authorized.

Regenerative medicine, peptides, and other therapies

Content may discuss treatments such as platelet-rich plasma (PRP), stem cell and other cell-based therapies, peptides, hormones, supplements, and red light therapy. You should understand that:

  • Many of these treatments have not been approved or cleared by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) for the conditions or uses discussed. Some uses are off-label or investigational.
  • The legal and regulatory status of certain products, including compounded peptides and cell-based products, is complex and can change. A discussion of a product is not a statement that it is lawful, available, or appropriate for you.
  • Scientific evidence for many of these therapies is still developing, may be limited or conflicting, and varies by treatment and condition.
  • Every treatment carries potential risks, side effects, and contraindications, including risks that are not yet known.
  • Many of these treatments are not covered by health insurance.

Statements about dietary supplements have not been evaluated by the FDA. Supplements are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.

No guarantee of results

Results vary from person to person. No specific outcome is promised or guaranteed. Any case examples, patient stories, athlete experiences, or testimonials describe individual experiences, are not typical, and do not mean that you will get the same or similar results.

Do not self-treat

Do not start, stop, or change any medication, supplement, peptide, hormone, or treatment based on Content. Peptides and other products bought online, imported, or labeled “for research use only” or “not for human consumption” may be mislabeled, contaminated, counterfeit, illegal, or unsafe. Dr. Morse does not recommend, endorse, or support obtaining or using such products.

Educational content for clinicians

Lectures, consulting, and programs such as Peptavo are intended to educate licensed healthcare professionals. They do not replace a clinician's independent medical judgment and are not legal, regulatory, or compliance advice. Each clinician is solely responsible for evaluating and treating their own patients, for obtaining informed consent, and for practicing within their license, scope of practice, and all applicable federal and state laws. Dosing, protocols, and examples presented are illustrative and must be independently verified before any clinical use.

Financial relationships and disclosures

Peptavo is Dr. Morse's own program, and he has a financial interest in it. He may also receive speaking fees, consulting fees, travel support, or other compensation from conferences, event organizers, companies, and organizations, some of which may make or sell products or services related to topics he discusses. Where required, Dr. Morse discloses material relationships in the relevant presentation or content.

Affiliations, third-party media, and opinions

  • References to teams, organizations, conferences, or institutions describe Dr. Morse's professional experience and do not mean those organizations endorse the Site, any Content, or any treatment.
  • Views Dr. Morse expresses are his own and do not necessarily reflect the views of any organization he is or has been affiliated with.
  • Interviews, podcasts, articles, and recordings produced by third parties may be edited, excerpted, or summarized without Dr. Morse's review. He is not responsible for third-party edits, captions, or characterizations of his statements, or for the views of other speakers or hosts.

Accuracy of information

Medicine and the law change quickly. Content reflects information available when it was created, may not reflect the most current research or regulations, and may contain errors or omissions. We do not guarantee that any Content is accurate, complete, or current, and we may change or remove Content at any time without notice. We have no obligation to update Content.
